have you ever?

ever hard of putting your studies on tape and while you sleep play what you have put on tape and letting it play while your sleeping?i was told you can rember that ever you put on tap the next morning and it helps you learn,has anyone ever tried this and did it work for you?
if so please let me know what you did and how well it worked for you/

I have heard that also. I tried it with spelling words a few times. Never remembered any of them. Hope it works better for you.
