you need to carry it back to the dealership. There is a machine that detects where the beams are supposed to be and a special tool to adjust it.

Check your traffic laws to see how far they should be aimed. Here in Arizona it is 250 feet on high beams.

Be careful not to aim them too high, as this really affects on coming traffic.

there should be adjuster screws around the light itself bring it up and see if that works if not put a stronger fuse in the fuse box then it will work

older cars/trucks have adjusting screws... not sure with what you got.. .have you checked your owners manual? might be in there
