it means just that- that you're cute. its not a bad thing- its just that you got that babyface quality to you. being "fine" which is just as good to most people is a different look. a more mature, womanly kind of look. again both are good in the different respects.

i think when i guy calls a girl cute, he likes her for how she looks and her personality. on the other hand, when he calls her hott it means she is attractive. I think that calling a girl cute is much more. so, i guess D) other

D)cute is just an immature way to tell a girl you think she is nice looking.when referring to an older woman,it tells her, you think she is beautiful or gorgeous.
