oh sweetheart I'm so sorry to hear that. its so frustrating when you are in this position and i know what it is like being disabled.
look you need to get some help. ask your doctor to refer you to anger management or a self harm councillor. you may feel like you dont want to go but it will help and you will control your temper and the frustration. it will take time but if you want to look on the net for councillors. take care and good luck and i know you get there in the end as i did to.

1)If you need to whack yourself on the legs, get a whip, the sound that it makes as it cuts through the air will hopefully remind you of a tortuous situation, therefore you will be properly torturing yourself, and letting everyone around you know of the fact.
2) Join a wheelchair boxing or martial arts club and have someone beat you for free :-)
But seriously________
My brother-in-law is in a wheelchair and he used to do what you now do to yourself. Everyone obviously found out and called him a complete **** for doing it, that was enough to stop him, oh and we told him to grow up and except the responsibility that goes with being disabled, as you are probably more than well cared for.
Yeah, we felt a little bad for having such a go at him at the time, but he thanked us in the end.............

Whoa. Have you told anyone that's not on the internet that you do this to your self? If you break em, then you really won't be able to walk and you'll set yourself back further in your recovery, then you'll really be pissed! Distract yourself from the rage by looking for your hamster! What's up with having a hamster anyways? Isn't that a little kids pet?

Self-abuse becomes an addiction, like any other addiction. That is why it is so hard to quit. You may need professional help to overcome this problem. A good therapist may be able to help you to deal with the emotional trauma that is causing you to desire to hurt yourself.
Please see your doctor as soon as you can. Maybe some antidepressants would help as well as some talk therapy.

You need to talk to a psychologist, they can help you more than anyone on Yahoo Answers can. But for now, try and take your rage out on something else--a pillow, a couch, even a dummy or doll if you have to. Hurting yourself never gets you anywhere--in fact, in can only hinder your healing process.

Accept the facts and move on. Anger inward is not going to make things any better.
Live with the facts and live the best life you can live.

Your frustration is understandable and should not be underestimated. You must find another outlet for this frustration as it is not likely to dissipate, screaming for as long and as loudly as possible often helps me to release pressure.

Well....easy...STOP BEATING YOUR LEGS YOU CRAZY MADMAN!
Seriously, if oyu know you're hurting oyurself WHY would you keep doing it?
Try to occupy your time with something that will keep your mind off of it. Do WHATEVER you can, anything that will stop you from wanting to beat your legs.
