Anything that your brain interacts with reshapes your mind since the mind is a function of the brain.

Yes, the Internet is re/shaping our mind. Proximity of heads to screens is changing our optical priorities. The narrowing of peripheral vision could gradually mutate the definition of broad mindedness.
Note the pairing of the plural possesive pronominal with the singular of "mind" in the question. There in itself is a description of the reshaping the Internet fosters.....our one giant mind consisting of interfaced flattened frontal lobes.

Yes it is. Anything that we use on a constant basis will have an affect on what and/or who we are. That is part of the reasoning behind "tell a lie often enough and people will start to believe it". Getting misinformation on the internet is much easier than it ever was in the newspapers, on radio or TV.

well i don't have a mind.
but the net sure is showing me many leaps and bounds in many things..
education, research, culture, how the common people really are and not the what the politicians say....
how life is in the core of life itself not what the media says.
then there's the media... it's like it's always been but more detailed and faster comes the news.. mostly bad news.
more images coming from the net than that of t.v. which is actually better.
you get to the core of the report... you see more and actually realize there's more to these stories than just the crap you read in the papers, news sources and t.v.
i see anger and pain...
i see beauty
and i see many realities that engage me in many more ways than at times i can handle.
but the truth's out there...
and the net seems to have more of it floating around than other sources.
so far.
i see friends... and art... religion and goodies to buy.
i get to communicate with way more folks than i ever could, spanning regions of thousands of miles.
and more..
there i'll cut this short.

AS with any broad communication line it can be used positively or abused.
At least on the internet anyone can post information and communicate. There are no vested interests controlling this, they have to use it the same as the rest of us, unlike the media or TV for example.
It is always going to be the responsibility of the individual to observe and experience life for himself or herself to determine what is true and what is false.
Any communication is better than no communication. The freer it is the better.

Yes. It exposes me to the world in ways that were not possible before. I am able to do research and educate myself. I am also able to participate on a global level, I'm not just limited to people I know personally or could meet in public. I am not just repeating what the media has fed to me.
My opinions are much more relevant, in my mind, because there's so much more information that I can gain before I decide where I stand on an issue.
Cool question.

We have access to an infinite amount of knowledge now that many people could never find in previous lifetimes. They are books, knowledge, and sciences presented here that many people would have gotten killed for in certain eras. Now, the truly curious have a plethora of sources to learn and grow.

What it does seem to be doing is exposing the rest of the planet to the American mind. Be afraid, be very afraid!
