"My Opinion", above, is under the impression that what you have is fat. It isn't.

When some of us get pregnant, our skin stretches out far enough that it can't recover. You can eat celery and "do cardio" from now until the next Presidential term and have no results.

The only thing you CAN do is have a tummy tuck, a surgical procedure that will remove the roll of loose skin and tighten the whole abdominal area.

Objections to this might include price, and down-time, but if you really want to be rid of it, that would be my top suggestion.

you can get a tummy tuck...I know that's a yucky thing to resort to, but I believe the roll can only be gotten rid of through that method since it's primarily loose skin. Good luck! :)

If it is actually fat or saggy muscle then healthy diet and exercise. If it is just loose skin you are stick with it unless you want surgery, thats having a baby for ya :P

plenty of water (aim for approx 1 gal/day)

plenty of cardio, preferably 1st thing in the morning when glycogen stores are depleted b/c your body is a fasting state.

incorporate intervals into your cardio.

weight training (lean muscle mass supports an elevated metabolism)

reduce overall carb intake, but stick almost entirely to low-GI carbs

taper your carb consumption off thruout the day, so that in the p.m. (when you're more likely to store them as bodyfat) you're eating far fewer than in the a.m.

make sure you get plenty of fiber (aim for 30g/day)

get plenty of protein (aim for 1 to 1.5g per every lb of bodyweight)

focus on lowfat proteins--non-fat dairy (yogurt, milk, etc), lean animal proteins (fish, poultry), legumes, soy, etc.

plenty of fruits & veggies

reduce overall calorie consumption by 250-500 cal/day.

eat 5-6 smaller meals/day, with your protein spaced evenly among them.

Crunches. Starting gently and building up. Don't overstrain, take it slow. In time you'll notice a change. And your blood pressure could improve too.

A tummy tuck will help. At your age, your skin is not elastic enough to return to it's original position on your body.
