It's amusing how many people suggest coffee. Ha. No, that is not the answer. You are suffering withdraw. It simply means your body is working!!! Yeah!!! Don't give in. Suffer through this and you will experience a new clarity, sooner than you think. Congratulations! This discomfort will pass.

You may be suffering late symptoms of caffiene withdrawl, also being dehydrated can lead to fatigue so make sure to drink lots of water. Exercise will definitely boost your energy...even going for a brisk walk will do it.

It might be wise to look at things with natural sugars such as fruit, I would also suggest a quick visit to the Dr to ensure your iron levels and thyroid are working OK, this tiredness could be coincidental

coffee. if you use splenda and skim milk, it has a ton less calories than soda and you still get the caffeine kick that you need.
or tea (but the non-herbal kind because thats caffeine free).

Drink seltzer or club soda.
There's no caffeine, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors --- and the fizz has a perking-up effect.
