Recently I've quit drinking sodas, and now i'm constantly tired. Like really tired, can't keep my peepers open tired. I need an alternative to caffiene. Any ideas?

It's amusing how many people suggest coffee. Ha. No, that is not the answer. You are suffering withdraw. It simply means your body is working!!! Yeah!!! Don't give in. Suffer through this and you will experience a new clarity, sooner than you think. Congratulations! This discomfort will pass.

You may be suffering late symptoms of caffiene withdrawl, also being dehydrated can lead to fatigue so make sure to drink lots of water. Exercise will definitely boost your energy...even going for a brisk walk will do it.

It might be wise to look at things with natural sugars such as fruit, I would also suggest a quick visit to the Dr to ensure your iron levels and thyroid are working OK, this tiredness could be coincidental

I'll bet you have headaches too. Its actually caffiene withdrawl. It will pass in 2-3 weeks, but you have to muddle through.

if you feed balanced and mostly fruit and vegetable and water ..and handfull walnut or almond with honey before noon...and ofcourse in order exercise for 10 minute 3 times in week in the coast or nature. no cigarette no alcohol and no in stress friends. .if you can do this as you will feel perfect yourself beginning from next month.

coffee. if you use splenda and skim milk, it has a ton less calories than soda and you still get the caffeine kick that you need.

or tea (but the non-herbal kind because thats caffeine free).

Drink seltzer or club soda.

There's no caffeine, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors --- and the fizz has a perking-up effect.

try DIET ROCK STAR or the cute Pink TAB energy drinks! both work good for energy and there are no carbs or suger! good luck babe and keep ur head up!

drink some juice sometimes. maybe v-8 also. get a variety.
