My guy and I have been together for 6 years, and normally he doesn't turn me down for sex, but last week he said "not today, just hold me."Is there any good reason why a guy would turn down sex?

he has rejected me a few times already...and the only time I say no to him is when we aren't physically together, like when I am at school which is 500 miles away.

is anything going on in his life that's really stressing him out?
did you ask him if anything was wrong?
maybe he was having a bad day and just wanted you to comfort him. there have been times when my boyfriend has been like, "i just need a hug"

There are very valid reasons a guy might turn down sex. It would be a very good sign of a healthy relationship if the two of you could talk about the reason.

If you were in a continuous pattern of ahving sex then it's not normal for him to brake that pattern. He could have been tired from doing something else. Next time he tries to reject you trying a little foreplay to see if maybe you can get him going

well it is 6 years with the same pussy. It can get to be some of the same ol same ol stuff. you do not say how sexually adventurous you two are. do you know all of his fantasies? what about your fantasies, does he know yours? even the ones you would like to keep secret? I would say it is time to mind f*#k him and get into some of the things you two may not normally do ? depending on what you both are comfortable with. what about bondage or lite spankings ? fantasizing about having sex with others can be fun too , would it turn him on thinking about you having sex with another man? what about him with another woman? you dont need to do it but you can have dirty talk about it.
main thing is get in there and shake it up a bit.

He was probably just tired or not feeling too well. If he starts rejecting you constantly, then maybe you should start being suspicious, but it's only once!
