have had a dislocated disc in lower back.....when i get on the treadmill for 30 mins the next day my back is kinda achy.......any thoughts?

Tredmills can cause such pain because they aren't good for your knees which in turn leads to your back. I use an eliptical machine because they are good for your knees and back, tredmills murder me. I hate them.
