thank you everyone! and i dont know how to put a link on here to my last question. sorry. Calling CPS IS a good idea. I will do that today. He's an alcoholic, but I dont understand why he'd think it was ok to make his baby girl one too. He's an idiot. Thank you all so much. THE BEST ADVICE IVE GOTTEN!! I will put all these answers together, and make sure he has to come see her in NY from now on. Next year she'll be driving...would he let her drive drunk???

Sure, call Child Protective Services, if anything you can ask them if you should be calling them.
(I'm serious - they can tell you possibly quickly what they can do and what evidence you need, like that photo)

First of all, I want you and others to know a couple things. A 6 week visitation is not a stupid choice on mom's part. My sister and I did it for years every summer as part of our visitation with our dad.
Also, LOTS of adults will allow kids to drink at their home or supply the alcohol bacause they are idiots, regardless of if it's legal in your state. This is a very real situation. We always used to party at my friends' homes in highschool. It was stupid and irresponsible. There's a reason teens don't get to choose to drink... there are a whole other host of problems that come with underage drinking. At 15 I began drinking, later driving twice while drunk (your drunk teen friends won't stop you), tried pot and cigaarettes, became sexually active and even raped while drunk. I'm totally ashamed but that was how it was. This lasted into college. (That's when I got my chipped tooth). I had a couple friends go into AA following highschool. Alcohol was our "drug of choice" back then. I'm just trying to let mom know underage drinking is very serious.
Is is illegal for her dad to take her out of the country? He is her dad. He may have had good intentions for a vacation but Mexico is a great place to party. i think the drinking ages are different there (but I doubt 15). He needs to learn his limits as a dad and keep his daughter safe. If he's drunk too, who will protect her?
Don't stop her from seeing him, work out something with the court system to be sure that no drinking is enforced. They can impose cerfews too.
Good luck

You need to call the police and get rid of him. Make sure you press charges. Basically if he is getting your 15 yr. old daughter drunk, he wants something from her and you don't want that to happen. Get him out of you house and your life.

ok sweety first you need to calm down call the social service authorities in your area and please keep that pic as evidence if at all possible or its going to be your word against his, second I so agree about all the jerks on here who seem to have NOTHING better to do than to play judge, jury and executioner like they have some idea of what you are like or what you are going through but please just do what i do and try to IGNORE ignorance, just say to yourself "please Lord help this poor ignorant soul for they are to stupid to know what they do" and it'll put a smile on your face lol. See what you can do to keep your daughter away from her nutty father and have ONLY SUPERVISED visitations from here out. Good luck sweety and for all the jerks who are making this harder on you LEAVE OFF what you all have nothing better to do?

Fu*k that!! Call the police on him, he has no rights to let your daughter get drunk, something could happen. As him being her father he Is not showing her right and wrong, It's not healthy for her to be drinking and who knows what else he Is allowing her to do, b/c she Is not going to tell you. ((GoOd LuCk)) and I pray that everything will work out for you and your daughter, It sounds like to me that your daughter might go through rebellion when she finds out that your not going to let her see her dad anymore. =^..^=

I think you should at least discuss it with (SRS ?). Getting your daughter drunk is bad, but more importantly, WHY is he getting her drunk?
Get legal advice, can you get a restraining order and stop his visitation rights?
