The colour is a vanity thing, which will make you feel better but first of all I think you need to deal with what sounds like peridontis. You need to seek treatment from a dentist.
Sounds like bleaching is your only solution to get those teeth white. I did Zoom Whitening before, it is very costly but the results are amazing. I went like 11 shades whiter and off the chart. I would suggest that if you can afford it. In order to maintain it though, you should cut back on the coffee, tea and other staining drinks and foods. In some cases people also get veneers, which are also costly.

Rembrandt makes a gel that you squeeze into rubber trays and apply to your top and bottom teeth. You can buy it almost anywhere. It's a bit pricey, but it works.
Your Dentist can prescribe the same Rembrandt gel, but with a higher peroxide concentration and they will mold the rubber trays to fit your teeth precisely.
Both products allow you to whiten as much as you'd like, in very little time. And you can refresh them again if the discoloring starts to come back.
A bit of blood when eating an apple isn't uncommon. That's hard on the gums. If they bleed when you brush, you may have a worry there. Brush more vigorously at the gum line on your teeth and it will improve soon. Seeing a dentist is a good idea, to have the plaque that is causing the bleeding removed, and to verify that you don't have a gum disease.
Good luck!

It's effective however I concept I'd under no circumstances get white tooth! After a excellent dental cleansing I might be best for a even as, however then for all of the tea and low, I bought stained tooth. So, in the future I requested a pal in the event that they had been born with simply excellent white tooth, or they'd a "mystery aspect". They brushed with Colgate steady morning and night time and flossed. Secret aspect: Take a million/eight-a million/four cup water and blend an identical quantity of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Take a small mouthful and graceful it for your mouth, round your tooth and gums for 30-60 seconds, then spit out. Continue with the leisure of the measured out quantity. Do this every morning and every night time. Your tooth will grow to be whiter progressively. It feels humorous the primary time you graceful with part/part water/peroxide. But it does whiten. Of path, the fewer espresso and tea continues the tooth white. As Hydrogen Peroxide is particularly low-cost, it whitens, freshens, and is an antiseptic.

You should certainly see a dentist to rule out any gum disease, and make sure your teeth sre otherwise healthy. Take a small amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide and leave in your mouth for about ten minutes a day (while in bath or shower) and this will whiten teeth as effectively as expensive over-the-counter remedies!

bleeding gums are a sign of gum disease so you should visit your dentist, if your from the UK try using a mouthwash like oraldene. tooth whitening kits from the chemists can help since they have antiseptic in them. but the main thing to do is brush your teeth day and night floss and always use a mouthwash
