Do a self evaluation. Many people have enormous concern about their eyes, They are afraid of going blind. Most people can reassure themselves that their night vision is all right after 5 minutes in a movie theater you should be able to see the person next to you.

When the "ying" in the human spirit is at a low ebb, deadly toxins are not neutralised properly. One Cocunut water for a whole year, and less sugar, balanced cholestrol, maximum fibre, allergy tests, sinus tests, CBC, walki, walk, bingo! the faster the system has a ying, the neutalisation is effective against toxic livers, and needless to say, the less on liver is a sure cure. thanks. anjum PLUS a lot of greens. Not dollars but God's gifts to man.

they make special night driving glasses, you can get either clip on or full glasses. they are yellow (the lenses) i got some and they really help, my vision is terrible. You can ask your eye doctor about them but i got mine in one of those junk magazines like "harriet carter" they were 2 for 10 i think. They work great!! it's possible wal mart even carries them. good luck! also, if you don't like that route and if you have glasses, your eye doctor can put a special coating on them to reduce the glare, my mom had that done and she's happy with it but i think it's kinda pricey.
