Au contraire, I don't think its better to meet someone in person (yet) because those silent moments will be even more awkward. They are much easier to deal with in cyberspace.
Not much you could talk about if you know everything about each other so I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions. Maybe arrange a meeting if you think you can trust someone you met over the internet?

If you're getting to know this guy, how about a list of ?to ask him? start with fav color, food, car, how he likes to have fun,
bring up stories of family, the funny ones this can lead to many different subjects

conversation should be spontaniuous otherwise it will nt be great. in ur case u can aks him what he like and dislikes. tell him what u like and ur dislike. as him about his crush. just any bullshit stories will defintely work for u. i swear.
