The other night i went to a carnival and ended up meetin with my ex when it had finished who i recently broke up with. He then told me he thinks he loves me and i told him he didnt and that he was just sayin it because he was drunk and held my hand, then when we heard people coming he let go of my hand and then i said thats how i know he doesnt love me, which he then held my hand again before we got to the people who were walking home. What does this mean? I then spent the night at his to.
Why would he hold my hand again? Was it to prove he meant what he said? He tells me cares so much all the time and when i saw him out and i walked passed him he grabbed me and started kissin me infront of everyone.
Also when he saw a group of guys huggin me all at once to keep me warm he came over and pulled me out and gave me a hug and started gettin frustrated and sayin horrible stuff about all the other guys. He said that he had been starin at me all night which he had because i saw him

He broke up with me and since he has told me he regrets it and that he has missed me. He says he cares and that he cant stand seein me with anyone else and i think he proved that when he got me away from the other guys

To andyimpala, if he didnt wanna touch me infront of people then why did he kiss me infront of everyone and hug me as he pulled me away from those guys?

from the looks of it: you two broke up. he with you. he realized he made a mistake. BUT i don't think he "loves" you. i think he misses you and the old time but i don't think he cares enough for you to even bother with. in my opinion you should just be friends with him for a while. if he "loves" you as much as he says then he'll be willing to wait for you. while your Friends just see how he acts. see if he'll keep it up. with most men they all try real hard to make you fall in to there arms but once your in them they stop trying completely. stop showing him that you still care as much as you do. act interested but not desperate.

He is sending you mixed signals that is for sure. I think in one sense of the word he does care about you, but at the same time, I don't think he really knows what he wants. It's like he wants his cake and eat it too. Tell him to get sober and stay sober, then tell you how he really feels about you. Tell him that if he really does want you to be a part of his life he needs to prove it to you.That show that he put on in front of the people was just trying to tell them that he feels that you are his property and don't want to loose what he had. It's like you are there when he wants something, but not as a boyfriend. If there were more information about this, it would be a little easier.

he dosent love you, he only says it when he drinking, and wont touch you with people around, he wants to keep you hanging to be able to have apiece of *** when he wants, and this way you dont go out with anybody else,your free for him to do what he wants when he wants, get rid of the traile trash,he has no respect for you
