When you drink water, some of it gets exhaled when you breathe, quite a bit gets eliminated via the kidneys, some of it gets sweated out. The body works hard to maintain a balance of water in your body, and it will try to rid itself of excess.
Never drink too much water...it can dilute the electrolytes in your blood and actually kill you.

Excess water is excreted soon after you consume it. Sweat, urination and breathing all excrete water. It isn't stored in your stomach for as long as food.
It is difficult to drink too much water your body requires more than you might expect to be in top condition. However drinking too much can at first make you drunk, make you vomit and finally poison you.

We all know that water is a mixture of hydrogen $ oxygen .Therefore we use oxygen for breathing ,Since breathing does not put on weight .And hydrogen is released by us in the form of gas.
