No, not really.
I'll make her a tea though, with scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream.
No chocolates though, I keep those for the nice fishes!

I give the kitchen and living room a quick going over, make sure there's no clothes lying around and that the kids had tidied their toys. I'd do the washing up and clean the kitchen. Probably mop and hoover the floors too. But then, that's what I would do for most visitors. The queen is no-one special and if she actually came to my house, she would have already accepted me for me because otherwise she wouldn't be here.

Since I would clean my house if a homeless man were coming to visit, yes I would clean for the Queen too.

No i'd p*ss and sh*t all over the place, what do you think obviously i'd clean up, its a thing i picked up from my mum and its just stuck with me. Whether the queen, family member, friend or just a neighbour coming over I would give the house a quick tidy up, but my house is generally tidy and clean anyway.

But of course. We had an old record about the Queen coming to tea (I think it must have been Queen Victoria). I can't remember whether is was a poem or a song, but I know ALL about what to do when the Queen comes to tea (well, somewhere I'm sure I must).

Yes I would! I'm very houseproud when people are coming to visit. I'll let it be a mess when I'm not expecting anyone, but when I know someone's coming I make an effort. Especially if it's the queen!

I'm actually trying to get motivated to clean up my house today. (Check my Q&A to see how that's going...) Having the queen over would do it. Even a duke or something.

If I were to visit her, I'd expecter her to get the Aquavax out and give her gaffe a good going over, so yes, I would.
I'd also break out the nice biscuits 'coz, you know, she's like your nan, isn't she. You have to give your nan the nice biscuits.
We're talking Fox's Crunch Creams, not just bourbons and malted milk.

My house is always in a good condition, what is good for me is as good for the visitors - her majesty has a crew of professionals - let them deside ...-
my advice will be different than the common - lets have dinner some place new... best regards to David who sings it great
