I'm looking for a cool venue near to a Tube station. The party is meant to be a drinks and canapes reception-- completely informal and friendly. But, I also want a 'Wow' factor, a really good draw.

My first suggestion is Tower Bridge. The walkways as a venue are totally mindblowing!!!
The management are very friendly and supportive and if this is within your budget (min £3k) the view and wow factor are off the scale....

Err...the weblink:

My second suggestion is Comedy Carnival or indeed any of the comedy clubs in London. The cost is normally £12 to £20 a head which typically includes a drink or two and sometimes nibbles as well.
The Comdey Carnival is near Clapham Common tube station but then again, there are so many comedy clubs in London all near tube stations.
If you haven't been to a comdey club before, try it first. It may not be what you are looking for but you will probably cry with laughter at some point in the evening.

If you are looking for a more wild Party atmosphere....seriously check out the Party Bus. VIP fast track entrance to at least 4 diiferent venues.
This is such an amazing laugh with the right group onboard. As you have 50 people, you are getting close to filling up the entire bus with your our party!!!

Please find following the link:

May I ask....What's your budget? Per head or total?

Anyhow....good lucj, have a great night and PARTY ON!!!

All the Best,
Darren

Absoluticebar 31-33 Heddon Street completely made out of ice the temperature is kept at minus 5.
A great experience but might be costly nearest tube Piccadilly.
Nest door is below zero not made from ice really nice atmosphere and comfy seating.
