sorry about the way i type... all i mean is that i feel he doesn't love me.. but at the same time he cries n tells me that he loves me, he promissed me he'd never leave me but my friends told him that he should work on spending some money on me like 50 cents or anything but atleast anything.. he said that i m not happy with him and that we should go on seperate ways. thats when i attempted sucide. but the next day he called me n cried , told me that he can't live without me n stuff.. do u think he loves me or he is just passing time till he goes to UK for higher education. he promissed to marry me. we plan about having childern n living a happy life. but does it all mean anything to him?

ok, how old are you? It doesn't sound like you've had much relationship experience, because anyone who has, knows without a question that if they're contemplating suicide, then that should be a red flag that the relationship is not good!!
You said he "made" you pay his bills?? Seriously, in the society we live in today with all the women's power out there, how can a guy "make" you do something for him, such as paying his bills? uh, no, this guy needs to be kicked to the curb. You're saying yourself he hurts you; in fact, you said it twice in your question, shouldn't that be a big sign that you shouldn't be together. Go find yourself a decent guy who'll treat you right. Yes, they are out there, you just can't settle for the 1st guy that comes along that shows you attention. You gotta make 'em work for it. You deserve to be treated right, as does any girl, so don't settle with a guy until he does just that. Treat you right. Ok, even though I think you're off on the whole 'he didn't give me presents thing' cuz if you started paying his bills for him, you had to know that he doesn't have much money. and you can be spoiled and treated right without having stuff bought for you. I would say DUMP HIM. The fact he hasn't given you any present so far, it doesn't mean he loves you or he doesn't love you. But the fact that you paid the bill even on first date it shows how big jerk he is. I don't say men should pay always, but on first date it's mandatory. Why did you want to suicice for such a stupid guy? He's not worth it, today when you meet him, just tell him "look boy, we're simply too different kind of people, I can not adapt to your way of being, so we are better off alone". Good luck. Life is too short to waste your time with losers.

Others will do what ever we allow them to do. You deserve to have the best. If he doesn't cut the mustard send him to the curb and find the type of guy that you deserve. It might also help to see a therapist. Attempted suicide is not the best answer when it comes to a breakup. You don't like him in so many ways. Why do you try to keep him?

as far as giving you anything he might have but you couldn't read the card.
You need to work on your communication

i can't tell if he loves you or not but it doesn't sound like you two have a good relationship. sometimes even when people love each other, it doesn't mean they should be together.
