You have not indicated which visa, however, only the business and tourist visit visa is valid for 10 years, and this has no relevance to getting a green card, since it is a tourist/business short visit visa. You have to apply for a "nonimmigrant" visa such as H1B but these are of limited availability now so there is no chance for you to get it.

Kuta is right. Your ten-year visa is non-immigrant. In order to get a green card, you have to qualify and apply for an immigrant visa, for which someone will have to petition for you. Or you could also play and win the DV lottery. Here is how it works:

you can apply, but need to have sponsorship to stay. You can get it from an employer or a US citizen who is a family member.
