I would make it "Party on dudes".
Actually there were 20 commandments and an extra one would make it the 21st.
The reason why we only know 10 is that when Moses came down from the mountain with the 20 commandments on two tablets; he was disgusted with the way the people were behaving so he smashed one of the tablets; condemning man to eternal sin.
