It is about 2 hours. Sometimes it takes that long to get across the boarder, so make sure you leave plenty of time to do that.

From Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to Buffalo, in New York, USA, is just 60 miles, or 96 kilometers.
Bit, if you mean from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to Buffalo Grove, in Illinois, USA, the distance is 446 miles, or 718 kilometers.

90 miles 1 hour and half drive..sometimes quicker depending on the qew where you can really fly on that highway when traffic is good.
I used to live in buffalo and have driven it many times.
p.s. send me some wings ,pizzas and subs to Denver will ya ?
can't get a good pizza here, and they don't know what a sub is here also,,(except subway but that is not the same), I just want a pizza counter person to ask me..Oil or Mayo on your sub...oh boy that would be wonderful. haven't' heard that in a couple years since my last trip. lol
They don't toast the rolls here either, why i don't know, and they don't know what an Italian sausage royale is ..(Italian sausage, cappicola, onions, peppers, and mayo on a toasted roll)...ahhh i can almost taste it now..
oh yeah sorry enjoy your trip i went off on a tangent .

I suggest you to use tools Questmap or Yahoo Map to find the exact distance between two cities.

totally depends on the time of day - try to go at a time when traffic is light (ie not rush hour) it takes about an hour and half once you get to the border (peace bridge)
