They never, ever judge you, they greet you at the door like a long lost friend even if you've only been out for 5 minuets, they listen to all your problems and even though they can't answer you back orally their eyes are so soft it melts you heart and makes you feel better, people talk to you cause they want to stroke your dog so your getting interaction with someone each day even if your lonely, dogs are so funny with their little quirks and give you more love and attention than some human beings do, just remember to give as much love back to your dog and you have your answer, yes dogs are definitely mans best friend.

Yes without a doubt, when you fight with your girlfriend who knows what you are feeling and is there for you.
If you fight with your best Friend your dogs is there to console you.
If you lose someone near and dear to you, it is as if the dog can sense your pain and mourns with you.
You don't see other pets hang around you like the dogs does, he is one with his owner, and nothing and nobody can come between that bond that you form, the other pets are like pets, you are there for them to feed, and look after, but the dog is definitely man's best Friend, sure you feed him too but it is another kind of bond that you form with the dog to the one that gets formed with the other pets. The dog is truly man's best Friend. They are loyal and under no circumstances will they betray you. You can't ask for a better friend than a dog.

Absolutely, dog is man's best friend. A dog does not care about material things....how much money you have....the kind of car you drive.....your house and they are always willing to forgive your mistakes.

Dogs are loyal and loving and will stay by your side...in sickness and health, 'til death does part. It's difficult to find a human friend with the same qualities.

Your dog will always be by your side no matter what the conditions. They are loyal creatures. If you treat it well and love it you will have friend like no other. They know when your happy and they know when your sad or mad. They are pack animals and you are the Alpha dog. They try to please their leader.

My border collie is great, because we live on a farm and are very isolated, she alerts me if any strangers are on the go. she is very protective towards me, and wont go to sleep at night unless she's had her 'cuddle' which usually involves trying to push hubby out of his side of the bed and her using it as her bed. To me, she is my best friend with 4 legs.
