HMM, good question. I personally could not do either one. But I would think that once the person has downed 3 cans of beer, they have lost some of their awareness and continue to drink. Also, I think that drinking alcohol causes one to use the bathroom more often. (at least that is my personal experience!)
Plus, maybe they just keep drinking to keep their buzz going

Soda contains more CO2 than beer therefore we feel full in less soda only.

because spda has carbonation, which is gas that fills u up, where as beer doesnt have nearly as much carbonation.
