I watched a "Discovery" documentary series about Navy Seals.
They were using real Navy Seal's equipment, including Mk V Special Operations Craft and Desert Patrol Vehicle, etc.
But I am just wondering if the Navy Seals in these movies were real ones or some actors.

There are two different shows about th SEALS.The 2 part program had real SEALS.The other program (4 or 5 episodes) was about SEAL missions. That one had actors.

I'm not sure about discovery channel, but the Military Channel has a miniseries called BUD/S Class 234, in which it followed a BUD/S (basic underwater demolitions/ SEAL) class during training. Since these are the same parent company, it probably was real SEALS up to a point. If there were dramatic recreations, they were probably actors, and any SEALs interviewed that were still active duty were probably kept anonymous. Special ops people, especially snipers tend to get known very quickly, and often times, as in cases from Vietnam, some had prices on their head.

If it was a Discovery documentary then it's most likely real seals, but I haven't seen it so I couldn't tell you for sure.

They are the real deal. Just watch the Military channel. They have stuff like that on 24/7.
