i want to tone up and lose a bit of my stomach. i know you have to do cardio, but when i do my boobs shrink. i dont want them to get any smaller!! i am currnently a b cup. Feel like im being punished for being slim. Exercise makes them go, but being a bit chubbier would make them bigger? i want to be slim but with at least a c cup. is this impossibe? please help its getting me down x

Okay honey, here's what to do.
I. Eat right.
2. Exercise right.
Re 1. There are plenty of muscle-building, fat-losing diets out there. If you want some of the best email me direct. One thing never emphasised enough is that you MUST get enough EFAs. So take fish oil/cod liver oil/flax oil/hemp oil on a daily basis.

Re 2. Forget most of the cardio. Want you want are weight-bearing exercises. And of these the one that will preserve your bust size (and in all probability increase it a size) is the exercise performed down the gym on a machine called a pec fly.
Its the one where you sit down and squeeze two paddles together in front of you.
This machine will rapidly tone the arms and build up the breast supporting muscles. They will increase in size and pertness as a result. I have known women join a gym just for this one machine!
A c cup is easily within reach dependant upon your basic build.
You do not have to join gym incidentally, there are body-weight exercises that will replicate what you can do in the gym.

Surgery would be the only option for an extreme difference like that and in a month that is just impossible. Try using ace bandages and wrapping your boobs up really tight to flatten them but it still won't be an A cup but it might fit. This won't work if the dress is low cut though. Sorry.

I have to say probably yes. It's almost impossible to keep a C cup if you're not naturally a c cup. (meaning if you can be a C without gaining weight.) Do butterfly exercises (squeezing your biceps and elbows together in front of you) to lift your pectoral muscles. That's the only help there is for your breasts.

There are exercises for the boobs also. But better than that is to leave it at that and wait for your hubby to do that and both will enjoy. Now, with out worrying much concentrate on the slimming up exercise.

Try training with weights this will tone your muscles give your boobs a lift as your pecks will be toned. Sit ups and crunches will be good for your stomach but careful how you do them as you could hurt your back or neck.

Unfortunately, if you lose weight, you will loose some of your boobs. When losing weight we cannot choose where most of our weight fall off. I am with you I wish I could just lose it at my hits, buttocks thighs and middriff.

I am very busty and having big boobs can really hurt your shoulder, and lower back. I don't know what else to tell you.

Do you remember the i must i must improve my bust thing everyone did when they were children. That works. It is an exercise to strenghing chest mussles. Dont diet just exercise then you wont loose weight and you will be toned not skinny thats better.

I have the same problem but my boob loss is due to anorexia.
Why do you want to be skinny?
Size 10-14 is a normal size and you will have enough boob.
Trust me being skinny will make you more miserable.
I've been there bought the t shirt and wiped my butt with it.

eat a lot of potato chips for snacks.

i am not sure what the ralationship is, but every single girl that i know who eats lots of potato chips has big boobies.

also play with them and massage them often keeping them soft and supple.

and if possible let me view your webcam while you do it! :-)

I've had breast implants,but before I had them done I used those 'chicken fillets' to boost.no-one ever knew the difference.
