Yes it can
The fuse is there to stop your amp drawing excess current and causing damage to its self. Excess current is usually caused by a short circuit in the system.
So yes it can work, if you short across the fuse holder, but you will be removing the safety system and it could result in blowing up your amp.

Simple stated, any electrical item can be operated without the fuse, but why would you want to?? If it's an in line fuse just cut it out. If it's a socket fuse the wrap aluminum foil around the blown fuse and re-install. By doing either of these you are by passing a serious safety compo net and creating an overheating and fire hazard. A very serious one depending on the size of your amp. Consult your wiring schematics and ensure all is connected correctly and if you keep blowing fuses you may want to increase the fuse size but by a maximum of 1/3 only. If it continues to blow then it is basically telling you that it has other significant problems and if you strait connect you will burn up the amp and possibly your stereo and vehicle as well. I recommend you seek a professional installer as I had a friend in the military who electrocuted himself while trying to install his own. Good Luck..

I don't know your specific amplifier, but your answer is "no". A fuse is the 'safety valve' that EVERY amplifier uses in case of too much power. The fuse protects the equipment by 'blowing' before too much power gets to the really expensive pieces (like your amp). If the fuse continually blows, then you have a wiring problem (perhaps a grounding problem). Get a couple (like 6) fuses and see if it blows all the time. Double check your wiring, good luck

ofcourse it will work, but why put a good working amp in danger from a bulge in power. fuses only run atmost $10 or so. spend the money and be sure you wont blow your amplifier prematurely.

andif your amps blown already hows it still working well enough to use it in your car!?

yes wire it straight, but youre taking a chance of burning up your amp. there is a reason it blew the fuse.

nope you need a fuse in your amp so it won't over load and blow your amp no fuse no power supply

No, and even if it would, I would not recommend it.... The fuses are there for a reason.
