Usually this is the way it is. I couldn't imagine having SEX with someone I didn't love or know! I do not accept the practices of arranged marriages. I know in cultures other than in the US arranged marriags are common practice. In these other cultures too abuse and domestic violence is prevalent. Women are thought of as 2nd class and way down on the totem pole of importances. sometimes the family pet gets more respect than the wife!
I would say RUN forest RUN.....don't accept an arranged marriage!!

The last i read and I'm speaking from the Indian context is that its done after a week or some times a month depending upon the level of comfort provided by each partner.
U never know they might be doing it the first time too....but it sounds improbable.

Often not, but some male are very aggressive and makes a hard sex at the first time.

I don't know but I doubt they do. People who still get married like that must be pretty conservative so they might even hold the sex till after marriage.

probably not, as most arranged marriages come with a dowry. if the deal for the marriage falls through hindus wont want a wife who isn't a virgin

you just said that its an arrange marriage...so couldn't they just wait until they actually get married to have sex? why do you hurry such things...you can just wait for the right time because im sure it will come.
