If she's a smart girl, I'd say 11. My daughter was that age when after spending the night at my mom's where my youngest sister and my sister in law school still lived (so there are tons of beauty products in the bathrooms) she came to me and said, "Don't get mad Mommy, I followed the instructions exactly." She lifted her arm to reveal smoothness when we'd just discovered hair there a week ago. She did a great job, I couldn't be mad at her and I sat there with my mouth hanging for about 5 minutes. I wasn't ready, but she certainly was. She'd used Nair. So, 11 is actually a good age.

mm it really dont have to do with the age. it depends on wen she start havin unwanted hair that needs to b removed. if she has it already than show her how to remove it. but if she aint got it yet let her b dont tell her nothin ;)
