I never feel like eating in the morning, but I get two peaches, a banana, some ice and a few grapes, whack them in a blender and add some orange juice, then hit the button and drink up.
Excellent nutritious breakfast, no fat and a fair amount of natural sugars to kick-start your day, a great vitamin C boost to help strengthen your immune system and so quick and easy.
Just don't forget to rinse the jug out there and then, because if you leave it until you get back from work, all the fruity fibres'll be welded to the inside of it and you'll never get them off!

They're right. Anything that's nutritional. I don't know if you're lactose intolerant (allergic to dairy products) or not. If not, on cold mornings I like a piping hot bowl of oatmeal ( either the instant or regular) and on hot summer mornings I enjoy a bowl of cold cereal ( like Special K). If I have any fruit on hand, I will add that to it as well (the hot cereal too). As far as that goes, A grapefruit, or melon also make a good breakfast. Juice and coffee (or tea, your preference) go well with any of these. Eat hearty and enjoy.

Oats, cereal, high fiber toast, milk and juices, eggs. Any type of food is healthy if taken in moderation. Most important is to get something you like for breakfast. Its the start of the day. You do not want to be grumpy whole day because of upset stomach .
