cats go about 63 (+/- 2) days,
the kittens move a lot - during the last couple of weeks it can be very clearly seen.
It is impossible to tell exactly how far gone she is, but start preparing. Get a cozy box ready etc.
If possible arrange for someone to stay home with her - she had c section the last time, and might get in trouble again
I hope it goes well this time, and it is good to hear that you are planning on getting her sprayed.

You need a new vet!!!! If your cat had a c section because she was unable to deliver, and none of the kittens survived, why did the vet not spay her while she was already under anesthesia? Most likely she's not going to be able to have this litter naturally either. If she goes into labor and you don't find her, she won't survive, neither will the kittens. If your cat has been outside and not vaccinated for Feline AIDS or Feline Leukemia (which can be transmitted by bite wound or sexual contact) she may have one of these diseases which WILL cross the placenta to the kittens. She needs to be tested, and she needs to be spayed.

I'm not sure, but after your cat gives birth and weans this litter of kittens, please get her spayed. She's already had a difficult time with birthing kittens, give her a break and allow her to be healthy, and keep her from producing more kittens when there are already thousands of unwanted cats who need good homes.
