Milan is a complete dump. I went there in 2003, expecting a glitzy fashionable City, and was met with something that looked straight out of some Eastern bloc. Horrible place. Great stadium though, but I was well disappointed. Mind you, I'm an Arsenal fan and we beat you 5-1 that night, so I remember it fondly
Rest of Italy is goregous, and I love the food and culture of southern Italy, beautiful....
I like Miami, Vibrant place, lots of different groups, and things to do and see, good clubs, good bars, LOADS of money floating about, nice beach, good cars good yachts, just everything about it is wicked!

I traveled to Italy about three years ago and it is something i will never forget. The place i would most recommend is Florence. There is so much to see and do. the people are amazing and the guys are 'friendly.' Climbing the dumo is a must the views of the city from there are amazing. If you ever visit make sure you come out during the late hours, that's when (like most cities in Italy) the city really comes to life :)

I like the lakeside towns of Stresa and Baveno, on Lago Maggiore, as I went on holiday there many years ago. I also visited Milan during the stay and rode on its underground train, the Metropolitane Milano.

Rimini for a chill on the beach. Venice was a disappointment...loved Rome..and would go back there any time. They say Florrence is cool..but aint been there to give an opinion.

Perth- it's a quality place. City and massive, yet still chilled out by the beach. What more could anyone want?

I'm not much of a city person - too noisy and smelly. Prefer the beach or the countryside :-)
