Some cats suckle into adulthood as a result of being weaned of their mother at too young an age. They subconsciously suckle as a form of security.

They say when a kitten is taken from it's mother before is should have been, they will do this throughout their adult life. It is a security blanket for them. Just look at it as a loving part of your kitty's personality.
