Or.. write her a letter or peom and tell her how much you mean to her.

Well to any Parents / Grandparents the most precious thing in life is their children / grandchildred. You can gift her yours / brother sisters / family photographs / audio cassets wherein you can record how much you love her. I am sure she will love you for this.
