the owner suspended the guy who did it for i dont know how long, and the manager said he was sorry about 20 times. should i let it go or should i persue it. the guy still goes in there and talks ****. click on my name and go to other question to see what happened.

Hon, don't let it go. If the guy still talks ****, he didn't learn any lesson, and will not gain any respect for you, which is what he sorely lacks. Push push push, if you can prove it good (get him on tape if you can) and make that sucker regret doing it, talking **** about doing it, and thinking he could get away with either!!

The owner and your manager have resolved the issue without your help. They basically decided to give him another chance by just suspending him instead of firing his a$$ off.
You can take this control away from them by just biding your time and waiting for him to try something again, and he will baby, he will (hopefully while he is still suspended)!
When he does, go straight to the police and have a restraining order or peace bond placed on him. That will force him to stay away from you and whether anyone likes it or not, he won't be able to continue in the same job place with you.
Just don't do anything that might be considered entrapment and make sure you have witnesses. Even verbal abuse is considered harassment, and you don't have to take that either.
Good luck on this and for your own sweet sake, try never to be alone with him at any point. It could be hazardous to your safety.

You could have a law suit.....but Id advise also having another job lined up if you DO file a claim. Stand up for what is right. If they think they can get away with it, they'll do it again. He's your bos...while you DO have to work for him, you DONT get paid to be harrassed, or put up with his bullshit. You're a woman, NOT a peice of meat! He can find a hooker for that...I'd say talk to someone at your city hall or an officer...Find out your options and your rights before you do anything....And if you must, forgive, but NEVER forget, and always be on your toes!!! I would not let go that easy, if you say he is talking just take them to court and that it!! if people come to tell you the guy still talking about you try to get a witness and thats enough. Just stop him don't let it slide because he will keep on doing it.
