tohammat is allegation,blame or 2 accuse.
urdu is the sweetest language. i.e. it is romantic/poetic. urdu took birth in india i.e.urdu speaking is similar 2 hindi. but urdu writting is similar 2 arabic.

"tohmmat" does mean to accuse, put allegations, blame, etc. however, it is used in a negative way. blaming or accusing for something bad.

Yes it is and even the most polite. 'Tohammat' means allegation OR to allege someone->'Tohammat Lagaana'

to blame ; or to accuse.. that is, some similar word.. depending upon reference to context.. as in song it could be very affectionate word.. in social life it could mean something very serious
