When I look at a country like Malaysia( a muslim run country), they are advanced, organized, focused and respsect all religions where Hindus, Christians and others work and live in harmony. Why cant the arabs do it?

arabs i guess. malaysia is a very civilised & a racial harmony country. though its an islam run country it maintained that islam do not use force & does not force others. there is a mutual respect for each other which is very important.
arabs have oil which makes them rich, & sumhow arrogant & later ignorant.their country is very very strict but in all the wrong sense. islam all over the globe can live a normal life as a human being too w/o being condemned until the extremists tarnish the name of this holy religion.
its sad to see so many ppl die & worse, suffer all bcos of these extremeists & the war now. no matter wad we have to bear in mind that these extremeists are not true islam.

Don't be so sure about Malaysia.
The Islamic political party, PAS, wants the country to impose Sharia law.
The Islamization of Malaysia is eroding liberal laws and traditions.
Non-muslims are 2nd class citizens, a structure called DHIMMITUDE.
Only yesterday Malaysai's Abdullah Badawi warned of a "clash of civilizations".
Islam is incompatible with democracy. Read about the violent life of Muhammad (b. 671)

The biggest threat to Islam is external and that is ignorant among non-Muslims about Islam and the irresponsible propaganda by the enemy of Islam to sow the seed of hatred.
The Arabs must set aside their differences on religion, ethnic groups,ideology and stand united against the imperialist.They badly needed a strong leader,anyone outside there?

Arabs follow culture and refuse to let go of it. Any followers, actually. My husband is from Pakistan and has this same problem. I am from the US and I am also a muslim. When he tries to pull that cultural crap on me I remind him that I am NOT from Pakistan, that he IS in America, and that Islam does not allow what he keeps trying to do. Once he actually told me that a husband is the same as God to a woman. I looked him point blank in the face and recited the verse of the Quran which says to worship one God, both men and women, and that no man is equal to God. I then shamed him for pulling Hindu bull on me and really let him have it. He never tried that again. He then tried to say that all housework and cooking was my "job" and he wouldn't help. I then told him, "Islam says it isn't my duty, especially since it isn't my custom, so you better HIRE somebody". He keeps trying to do that and I fight back with Islam. If it wasn't for Islam, women wouldn't have any rights whatsoever or freedom.

do u guyz even know what islam means, what allah means and who was prophet muhammed?
well u dont even respect jesus christ (pbuh). when u f*** u say, "oh f***ing jesus it feels so good". so its quite clear now that when u dont respect ur own kin, u will not respect others beleif.

There is racial discrimination in almost all religions. Its not only that Islam is under threat nut I feel almost all religions are under threat.
All religions say there is one God be it Jesus, Allah, Ram. But it is unfortunate that people nowadays are forgetting the basic principals of thier religion. If everyone sincerly followed any religion, there would be no war & all would live in harmony.

there is usually some form of oppression or persecution of others in a muslim run country.....
i think the biggest threat to islam is their belief system.. it is intolerant of other beliefs...and its methods are too rough...
