i have always wondered what guys truly think...not that i'm one of those girls who needs to know to improve myself (because those girls are desperate)...but i am just curious. Guys, pretend a hott girl is walking toward you...what is running through your mind? What are u truly thinking?? Like, "she has a pretty face" or "Damn! Her boobs are huge!"...or do you ever may predictions about girls, like "i bet she is really funny" or something like that?

Guys thoughts actually depends on how the girl is carrying herself. Generally guys think lewd about girls who is dressed or acting indecent.
If a girl is carrying herself well most of the guys admire her beauty / personality / attitude. Any girl can get a one night stand for acting indecent but never a long term relationship. Whereas decent girls can get both.

Something sounds like a demand in here, but where is that pleasant little well-mannered girl anyway? I guess I'll just have to assume that she was too shy to say 'please' this time around.

Only two possible thoughts from caveman:
“…DUDE…” *SLOBER*
or
“…can someone please say m-m-m Mega-cannons?” (cue: loading shotgun sound effect)
Most boys would not only think those kinds of highly intelligent thoughts in addition to trying to imagine what she would look like naked –at the same time– (yes, it's a mind-boggling skill), but another interesting thing goes off in their heads.
A reasoning that goes something like this in a flash of millisecond:
She is physically attractive (which means)= she must have a great personality + she must be a good at everything (therefore)= she must be better than all the other girls.
So when you said, “…do you ever make predictions about girls?...like ‘I bet she is really funny’…” sadly, this is true for most of guys out there. But that kind of reasoning is not that much different from how girls like to judge guys either, don't you think?
If instead it was a real man who was being approached by this head-turner, he would probably be thinking along these lines:
“Woah, did I just see one of those wild J. Lo’s butt's running around loose on the streets? I hope not, cuz I hate having to be a good citizen and confiscating what’s rightfully mine to protect the common people from grave danger...”
or maybe it was more like:
“Hey, she’s not bad at all…in fact, I wonder if her personality backs up her show, or if face is all she’s got. It’d be terribly boring if she was like all the rest, but maybe this one’s different. Maybe she’ll last longer than three minutes into the conversation…let’s find out.”

I am judge, jury, and executioner- size of the breasts too big, small or just right- waist, face, hair, butt, weight, now before everyone gets upset it doesn't matter what I think - I have made a living out of reading people and am about 93% right most of the time I can also tell if the person is for real or just another superficial wanna be star.

I look at whether or not shes wearing a bunch of makeup and what shes wearing. Girls that wear a bunch of make up usually don't look too good with it off and what she wears usually tells me her personality. Slutty girls are a turn off for me cuz you never know where they have been or with who

When a hot girl walks toward me I assume she's headed to the guy behind me. If she notices me I think there is no way I can integrate her into my life. I'm not a huge "boob" freak but I do like eyes, smiles and some parts I won't mention. I've been in social situations where I watch woman who don't notice me and I like their laughs women who laugh seem friendly to me. I'd think alright I can make her laugh that's safe. I don't like real intense girls they confuse me. I don't wanna solve all your social issues in one conversation it's to much commitment. I don't like probing girls who ask endless get to know me questions. It seems insincere and a get to know me hamburger helper in three minutes recipe. Women with huge "boobs" yes I notice but I'm those are big and then try to look them in the eyes. I tend to notice the petite type with non-aggressive demeanor's who have confidence and can laugh. Woman who play a crowd well and dodge advances gracefully appeal to me. They seem like woman with something behind the social grace. I can't stand coy, baby girl, brat or sugar daddy seekers. Instant turnoff.

Most of the time I think to myself---Damn what a good looker, nice rack, mmmmm look at those legs, i wonder if they go all the way up, I envy the guy that's with her cause she'd be hurting if she was with me.As she went by---Check out that ***, man, to get my hands on it, mmm--mmmm, God what a nice tail, now that's what I call a total package !!!

MarY, as I read your question it made me think??? What do I look at first? Generally it is her face, is she smiling? A pretty smile? Next would be what she is wearing. Is it dressy? Casual? Then I look for the confidence she expels. The way she carries herself, her stride. I like to see what I believe is a strong, confident woman. The last thing I would look for was her boob size. Personally, I am not attracted to large busts. Petite is much better. Thanks, you made me think about this..Hmm.

Usually that makes me nervous. It would make me feel like a deer being stalked by a wolf. I would prefer to do the approaching. An attractive woman can be seductive and draw men to her; she does not need to chase. If she can chase him and get him, so can other women.
