I don't agree with not buying full figured women lingerie. They have the right to be sexy too. There are many lingerie's that compliment a full figured body. I believe Walmart carries full figure lingerie. If you have plenty of time you may be able to find something even nicer that you could order on-line by searching full figure lingerie.

Lane Bryant to the rescue. I am full figure on top and finding larger sized bras is nearly impossible. Until a friend suggested the fat lady store, I have been shopping their for lingerie since I was 16, they have very attractive full figure stuff that is much better than Victoria Secret anyday.

never, ever, ever, buy lingerie for a full figured woman! we like to do it ourselves, plus, unless you've actually seen her naked, you dont know what rolls where. if you must buy lingerie, stick with a thong, but even that can be dangerous, if you buy too big, you hurt her feelings, if you get to small you seem sarcastic. Seriously, if you want to get something risque', buy her some body oils or jels or go to an adult store and buy a game her and her husband can play together.

This is not a good idea, get her a kitchen or bathroom item. Buying lingerie is an agonizing process for a plus size woman and I don't think she wants other people to do it for her. I speak from personal experience.

Is this appropraite for a shower gift, well, more so then it would be for a wedding gift.

Sorry but if she is full figured, Victorias Secret has nothing that will flatter her. Its all made for skinny women. I am a full figured woman and believe me I know. So stay completely away from Victorias secret. Plus, they don't have many bra sizes in the larger sizes.
