Well, those are unintentional deaths.
Rolling a severed girl's head filled with explosives into a marketplace cause lots of intentional deaths; children die.

First the snide remark about the "civilized" west automatically told me that this is a propaganda site. Next the number of casualties was not 55 but in a recent red cross release was more like 25. Still a tragedy no doubt Lebanon should rid itself of hezbollah and other terrorist groups to insure their lasting peace with Israel. Israel didn't start it, but it sure looks like they do want to end it.
