When you know your farts are not too stinky. Basically, you can fart, but if the other person ridicules you when there clearly is no stench, you can sue her ***. She is discriminating you. It's alright to fart in public. What if the wind you expel was just wind? Just a bit of carbon dioxide and oxygen. Happens sometimes.

Whenever you have to fart it's appropriate. Everyone does it (even though most will deny it). It's natural, it's supposed to happen, and it feels good to let it out. I say fart away!
