my cat sleeps on my back hes a very large cat not fat just long and big when i wake up?

in the middle of the night hes on my back it dont hurt its actually comfortable im just wondering why does he do this

Probably two reasons. He trusts you and being around you makes him feel secure. Your body is warm and he probably likes that too.

He needs the closeness of you and it gives him the security he needs and he loves you...
