Talk to your mom tell her that to her the name may sound good but when he gets older there is a big possibility that your brother is going to be teased. On the other hand if your mom feels that strongly about naming him that then let her it's her baby just call him by a nick name.

ask her if she is comfortable with making that kind of decision!
