If your partner is having an affair behind your back, I don't think asking him or her about is the smartest thing to do, because I believe him or her will deny it and will try to be more careful by not leaving any clues.
Every time I got suspicious about a partner being cheating on me, it was late confirmed. We have to trust more in our intuition and allow it sometimes to lead us.
What I learned to do in a situation like this, about a partner is having an affair, is to follow my intuition and pretend to my partner I trust on him and I am no suspicious at all about him be doing something like that. This way, he will feel safer to keep it up with his unfaithful attitude and will be less careful leaving more clues behind for you get to know if him or her is really having an affair.

tail him, but be sure to pack a bat, ground sheet, and a shovel. The latter 3, incase you want to bonk him on the head, wrap his miserable corpse, dig a hole to bury his rotting carcass.
Better yet, hire someone to do all the above.
How is that?
In a more realistic world, there are some keys. First of all, the guy will try to hide it. Check his mobile. Put a GPS in his car and monitor where he goes. Put a voice activated dictaphone under the seat. That should somehow tell you with whom he's been and where he's been.

First of all, I would suggest that you pray. then , have a sincere talk with your partner.There will be denials, but in case he admits, be prepared , emotionally and keep your composure. There's no point in begging for his love. Love yourself and believe that you can continue living inspite of the betrayal and infidelity. Let him see that he is losing a great deal in case he lets you go. Lastly, don't be afraid to feel the pain. Good luck!

take a trip to some beautiful place like africa, south america, listen to some good music, read, learn to play that instrument that you never did, look at people on the streets while having a good cup rich tea...Nothing can be compared to the feeling of happiness one can enjoy with oneself.

hire a P.I to follow him,
if he's caught red-handed, dump him.
if ur suspicion is wrong, keep quiet bout da P.I.

make sure your using protection till you find out for sure or leave.
