Some of these answers were a little bit shallow. (dirty nails, second toe, a fat butt) Actually ridiculous answers.
Dirty nails can be cleaned and manicured, so why not foot the bill, or give her more time to take care of herself?
The toe one is funny since it is based on a wives tale. Head of the house, right?
The fat butt, was just plain cruel - as if she ordered such a thing at birth! Women are not Barbie Dolls just for you to look at and use at your convenience.
I would say that serious health problems would be the worst thing that could go wrong physically, right boys?

I know you probably have all heard this before, but as you get older you will find it's true. Who you are on the inside is more important than what you look like on the outside. When you see someone whom you might consider plain and then get to know them and they have a wonderful personality they look prettier or handsomer to you. When you see an absolutely gorgeous person and then discover that they have a terrible personality they suddenly don't look so nice after all.

WAIT A MINUTE, mani G india!! so mother theresa wasn't a "real" woman? a female who can not birth a child is no less of a woman. a real woman is someone who can love a child regardless of its geanology! i volunteer in a hospital taking care of crack babies. do you mean to tell me that the crack whore who birthed that child and then abandoned it is a "real" woman whereas i am not?

With all the horrible birth defects that are possible, I'm amazed that people here chose such minor conditions.

I think, a girl who can't have Orgasm and can't bear a baby, she can't become a true woman. And for a woman, true reckoning is to become a mother on this planet (we call mother earth). i.e. a Giver always.
