This is actually a really hard question for me, because I simply don't know. I have heard so many stories, from friends and family who would have no reason to make them up. I have alsor ead alot about hauntings etc. but I, myslef have never experienced one. And that's where it's difficult. Although I have no reason to doubt what some people have told me, I personally have not experienced it, so I don't know what I would have made of the situation, if you know what I mean. I think I do believe in spirits, and I certainly believe what others have told me, but I can't say that I am absolutely correct in my belief, because it hasn't happened to me. What I do believe I believe because there are many stories I have heard from people who wouldn't have made them up, but I guess I take it on a case by case basis.

very much so , my house, in fact my whole neighborhood is haunted. And there must be something to it for Duke University, to have an off campus paranormal program. Then there is the mountain in nc, where even the governors of the past have acknowledged the existence of ghost like lights. There is even a road sign letting tourists know about it. I dont believe in disembodied spirits of dead humans but I do believe in angels and demons. I believe ghost sitings are one of either. Angels will come as messengers and protectors, they COULD be mistaken for a caring loved one that has died. Demons will come to scare you, and if they come pretending to be some lost spirit who got stuck in limbo, you may welcome them into your home and family.

And I know that spirits exist.
