Here is a site that has a picture of the arteries and veins in the upper torso. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.ama-assn.org/ama1/pub/upload/images/446/circulationgeneral.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/category/7152.html&h=626&w=425&sz=46&tbnid=zHCEllEksUiriM:&tbnh=134&tbnw=90&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcirculatory%2Bsystem&start=2&sa=X&oi=images&ct=image&cd=2 It also has the veins and arteries in the arms. (Who knows, a slasher could get really carried away an get the upper arms, too!)

Hope the visuals helped along with the veins and arteries named.

Let's try.
The great vessels consisting of:
superior vena cava
pulmonary trunk
aorta

superior vena cava
inferior vena cava
right and left pulmonary arteries and veins
posterior intercostal artery and vein
anterior intercostal arteries
internal thoracic arteries and veins

I probably missed some but that is a good start. I did not include the neck since you said upper torso.
