Sure do. The meaning to your existence is what you make it. And you only live once, so don't waste it.

There is if you want a meaning to exist. Everyone has the potential to create or find meaning, purpose, drive, etc in their life, just as everyone has the potential to ignore said meaning, purpose, drive, etc. It's up to you. Since you asked if "I" believe that life has meaning, then I would have to answer yes, even though it really doesn't. Both answers are right at the same time, which is a tough concept to understand. The good news is, you get to choose which one you want to believe, so pick whatever makes you feel at ease with the universe.

Know then that "life" hath a twofold meaning. The first pertaineth to the appearance of man in an elemental body, and is as manifest to thine eminence and to others as the midday sun. This life cometh to an end with physical death, which is a God-ordained and inescapable reality. That life, however, which is mentioned in the Books of the Prophets and the Chosen Ones of God is the life of knowledge; that is to say, the servant's recognition of the sign of the splendours wherewith He Who is the Source of all  48 splendour hath Himself invested him, and his certitude of attaining unto the presence of God through the Manifestations of His Cause. This is that blessed and everlasting life that perisheth not: whosoever is quickened thereby shall never die, but will endure as long as His Lord and Creator will endure.

We all want to be believe that we do. Hence, the reason so many people find comfort in their religion or respective faith. Its gives them a sense of purpose.
That they are not just any other carbon based lifeform, but are spiritual beings and are a part of some huge divine plan.
Theres absolutely nothing wrong with this line of thinking though.
we'll never know whether or not its true.

In ecclesiastes 12:13, the book written by Solomon, the wisest man.
13 Now all has been heard;
here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear God and keep his commandments,
for this is the whole duty of man.
The whole purpose and duty of man is to Fear God and keep his commandments. And ultimately our purpose is not about us, but its all about God.

Yeah, the only reason we came into being is to worship GOD 24/7, and we have a way to do it as shown by Prophet Mohammad (May Peace and Blessings of ALLAH be Upon Him).

You are eating, sleeping, and asking questions. What more meanings do you need to exist?

I think we came here with free agency as a test to see what we do with our life. When we leave this world we will face our maker on judgment day.

'Why' is the hallmark of human existance. You can't be one, without asking why. Why do I have to work? Why do I have to have babies? Why do I fail?
Only God knows for sure...
