It depends what you weigh and what your body fat percentage is to start, and whether you want to lose scale weight or build muscle.
If you weigh 130 and you're 30% fat, your fat weighs 39 lbs.
At 130 and 20% fat your fat weighs 26 lbs.
Or you can go down to 120 and 20% fat which means your fat weighs 24lbs.

you would have to weigh 300 pounds to have 2% equal 6 pounds.

that depends on your total weight... it is a percent!

so if you weight 120 lb, 2% is 2.4 lb.
if you weight 200 lb, 2% is 4lb.

I'd say 8-12lbs to 1%.
