I like this guy who I used to go out with. I thought i was over him but I'm not and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me and that we have no chance together but I wonder if i should tell him how I still feel about him. Should I?

I say go for it. You really have nothing to lose. You might even find out that he still has feelings for you and there is no distance that can keep true love for happening, if it is meant to be :)

What makes you so sure he doesn't like you? If you are sure of that, there is no need to then tell him what you feel, but if you are not sure, I would say that you go right ahead and tell him.
The worst case scenario is him telling you that he doesn't like you(which u already tend to believe), but if you fail to tell him, you will always wonder what could have been and if he would have reciprocated the love. Good luck.

No, do not tell him how you feel. What you want to do is only slightly let him know when you get a chance a thing you like about him. Eg. You look good.
People want what they can not get. If you tell him your feelings then he will see you as taken for granted, He will know you will always have feelings for him so you are disposible. Do not sell yourself short. Muture the releationship.
Use common sense.
