Having a good heart will most definitely get you further in life. You can be smart, and mean, and die alone, or not so smart, loving, caring, and a wonderful person who has a line down the street at your funeral because you were nice.

I think they are both important, but having a good heart means a lot. You can be the smartest person in the world, but it won't matter if you have no heart. There will be no joy to share with anyone.

Being smart............. We have thousands in our prison system with excellent hearts. But if you are smart then you should have a good heart or at least be able to fix the problems you have with your heart.

i think that having a good heart is more important as with out heart would we care to help others with knowledge or just satisfy our own selfishness

i prefer having good heart( doing good to others or very innocent) rather than being smart( although smart but not having good hearted or indiscipline) coz
one can judged by his discipline only. One can be very innocent but if he is indiscipline in activities , then he is very waste.

If i had to choose on or the other, I'd choose brains. I can't stand being with someone as dumb as wood, even if they have a good heart.
